Does Discovery Place have a spokesperson or subject expert available for an interview?
Yes. From astrophysics to zoology, Discovery Place has multiple experts in many different subject areas. To schedule an interview with one of our educators or leaders, please contact the Director, Public Relations.
Where can I find high-resolution images or additional information about the Museum?
How can I obtain a press kit for a special exhibition?
Electronic press kits for special exhibitions are available on the Media Kits page. If you would like a physical copy, please contact the Director, Public Relations.
What is your policy regarding professional photography or video at Discovery Place?
For the safety and comfort of our guests, all film and photography crews must be escorted by a Discovery Place staff member while filming in the Museum.
If you are a commercial photographer, videographer or Production Company, please contact the Director, Public Relations. Each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on availability, feasibility and appropriateness.
If you are a professional photographer interested in family portraits, senior photos, engagement photos or other special occasions, please contact the Manager, Special Events.
If you are a guest visiting the Museum, we encourage you to capture the fun memories of your visit. Share your favorite photos with us on social media. Please note, tripods, monopods, drones and other professional photographic equipment are not permitted.
Does Discovery Place offer tickets to members of the media?
Yes. Members of the media may receive two complimentary admission tickets to any Discovery Place museum. To reserve your tickets, please contact the Director, Public Relations.
Does Discovery Place offer tickets for journalists and bloggers visiting from out of town?
